Terms of Service

Welcome to Proportal. By accessing or using our terminal, platform, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Proportal is an official operation of Property Excellence Limited, a registered company in Nigeria.

1. Use of the Platform

The Portal is a construction-tech ecosystem designed for project monitoring, fund security, and marketplace exchange. Users must be at least 18 years old and pass our identity audit to access full features.

2. Verification & Integrity

To maintain platform security, all users must undergo verification. You agree to provide accurate information and update it as necessary. Property Excellence Limited reserves the right to suspend any account that fails to meet our integrity standards.

3. Financial Transactions

All fund-handling services on the Portal are powered by Paystack. By pre-funding a project or milestone, you authorize the vaulting of your capital with Paystack. Funds are released based on user instructions and milestone verifications. Property Excellence Limited is not a bank and does not hold your deposits directly.

4. Live Monitoring & Site Logs

Project Owners acknowledge that site monitoring depends on hardware connectivity and local internet service providers. While we strive for 100% uptime, Property Excellence Limited is not liable for temporary service interruptions due to external factors.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria.

6. Limitation of Liability

Property Excellence Limited provides the Portal as a management tool. While we provide monitoring and fund security layers, the ultimate responsibility for building structural integrity and legal permit compliance rests with the Project Owner and their appointed Site Manager.
