Proportal is an operation of Property Excellence Limited. To solve the crisis of trust in Nigerian construction, we maintain a "Verified-Only" environment. This audit is designed to protect our platform, protect our users, and provide the highest possible certainty that you are dealing with legitimate, high-integrity entities.
Verification Status Rules:
- Compulsory: Verification is mandatory to use the Portal's core features, including fund deposits, milestone management, and live site monitoring.
- Right to Refuse: Users have the absolute right not to complete verification. However, failure to do so will disqualify the user from accessing protected parts of the app.
- Limited Access: Unverified accounts are restricted to basic browsing and cannot participate in financial transactions or project management.
Data Purpose & Protection
All information collected during the audit—including government-issued IDs, professional licenses, and residential addresses—is used strictly for verification purposes only.
Property Excellence Limited employs bank-grade encryption to protect your data before, during, and after the completion of the verification process. We do not sell, trade, or share your identity data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your Right to Deletion
In accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR), users have the right to request the complete deletion of their verification information at any time. To exercise this right, please contact our support team. Note that deleting verification data will revoke access to protected Portal features and may result in the suspension of active projects for safety reasons.
Audit Requirements
For Project Owners
Government ID (NIN/Passport), verified phone number, and residential audit to prevent identity fraud in financial transactions.
For Site Managers
Professional license verification (COREN/ARCON/etc.), project history audit, and next-of-kin documentation to ensure legal accountability.
